Adam Gade
Adam is motivated by helping individual leaders, leadership teams or companies release their full potential.
He has been a business leader with Maersk and A&D Resources for many years and knows how customer needs are satisfied with the optimal training and tools. Specifically, Adam works with assessment of potential, executive coaching, team development and talent programmes.
With Maersk he has led business areas, countries, regions and have had the overall coordination responsibility for the integration of acquired companies. He was overall responsible for the design and optimization of the company’s processes and later took responsibility for Maersk Line’s global IT organisation as CIO. With A&D resources he had the overall commercial responsibility and acquired great expertise in using Hogan Assessment Systems.
Adam holds a Diploma in Business Economics - Marketing Management (HDA) from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), an EMBA from IMD and an Executive Coaching Certification from Ashridge Hult Business School.

Camilla Vogn Kjær
Camilla has over 20 years of experience as a business leader, including as People & Culture (HR) Director in a range of Danish and international companies. Camilla’s experience includes roles in the Danish Armed Forces, Mærsk Supply Service, P+ Pension Fund for Academics, MobilePay, BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group, and Fritz Hansen.
Camilla’s advisory approach is based on an authentic, pragmatic, and business-driven perspective, with respect for the individual and the current context. She primarily focuses on executive coaching and leadership development (both individual and for leadership teams), team dynamics, employee engagement and development, HR strategy development and implementation, performance management, DE&I (with a particular focus on cognitive diversity), and corporate culture in a broad sense.
In addition to being a Cultural Intelligence Trainer, Camilla is certified in a number of assessment tools: HOGAN, Insights Discovery, Jungian Type Index (JTI), as well as Predictive Index (PI).
Camilla holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (cand.merc.jur.) with a specialisation in employment law. She also serves as a professional board member with a focus on Danish SME businesses.

Charlotte van Burleigh
Charlotte has more than 20 years of management experience with general management, business development and consumer marketing from international companies, such as The Coca-Cola Company (FMCG), TDC (telecom) and Levi Strauss Europe (fashion) and with strong networks in Denmark and Europe.
Since 2020, Charlotte has worked exclusively with search/headhunting, leadership coaching & development and outplacement. Her passion for people and developing their potential has been the driving force behind her success.
Charlotte graduated with a Cand. Negot from SDU and has concluded several management development courses during her career, including the Harvard Executive Leadership program.

Christel Tillisch
Christel is driven by a desire to help leaders create value and achieve their strategic and individual goals. She has 20 years of experience in strategy, business, and leadership development. Christel has led extensive transformations and cultural changes. Throughout her career, she has been a trusted sparring partner and advisor to leaders. She draws on her management experience and broad business understanding when coaching and developing leaders, leadership teams, and organisations.
Christel has served as Business Development Manager at Elis (formerly Berendsen) and was a member of the management team for the Business Line Facility in Northern Europe. She has experience in Corporate Finance from Carnegie Bank and Executive Search from Spencer Stuart. Christel holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Copenhagen Business School, is certified in Hogan assessment, and is an NLP Master Business Practitioner.

Hanne Quitzau
Hanne is certified executive coach with many years of international management experience. Hanne is the former CEO of the companies HumanConsult and Futurestep and was previously partner in Selnæs & Partners and Operations Director EMEA at Oracle. She graduated from CBS and her career as an accountant at KPMG.

Ines Petric
Ines is motivated by creating value in the development process of the individual leader, the team, the organisation, and the company - and thereby ensuring full utilisation of the potential in relation to the business challenges.
Ines specialises in executive performance coaching and outplacement, consulting in strategic transformations, leadership development, and optimisation of change- and crisis management, organisational design, as well as implementation of business strategies.
Ines holds a solid business- and leadership experience from the financial sector, latest as HR Manager in Danske Bank where she i.a. worked with assessment of top management and leadership talents, and development and implementation of a leadership model. She has hands-on experience with transformation of HR units and career counselling and extensive recruitment experience in international executive positions.

Jan Bo Nielsen
Over the last 10 years, Jan has acquired extensive experience within Executive Coaching, Executive Advisory, and Executive Assessmet and Search, with a focus on identifying, clarifying and developing the individual leader’s potential or to identify the right candidates for a new job in the organisation or the board.
Jan is certified EMCC Executive Business Coach, has a board education from CBS, an executive MBA from Henley Business School, as well as an engineering education from Copenhagen.
Jan has a commercial background with leading positions both nationally and internationally at a German corporation, functioning CEO for a Nordic technology provider and latest as Europe manager / functioning CEO for a California based high tech manufacturer with responsibility for EMEA.

Kristine Busch
Kristine has many years of experience advising leaders and is passionate about bringing out the best in each leader, benefiting both the individual and the business.
Kristine's expertise is built on many years of advising senior leaders, both internally and externally, across various industries in areas such as executive search, leadership assessment, coaching, and leadership development.
Throughout the years, Kristine has guided leaders in organizational development, leadership development, performance, and talent management, as well as assisting experienced and new leaders in enhancing their own leadership skills and results.

Lars Engelbrecht
Lars' 20 years of experience as a business consultant in HR has given him hands-on experience in leadership development, organisational development, talent management, change management, coaching, and executive development. Lars has a comprehensive business-oriented HR background. He was Global Operations Vice President HR at Coloplast and HR Development Manager at ALK-Abelló. Lene Andersen
Lene’s focus is on helpings leaders to better leadership and to strengthen leadership teams in facilitating meaningful change. Lene has extensive experience in helping leaders progress in their careers by clarifying competencies, values, motivation, and market value in order to reveal attractive career opportunities.
Through 10 years as management consultant, Lene has hands on experience in advising hundreds of leaders. Furthermore, she has solid business- and leadership experience from operational management roles in Novo Nordisk where she in close collaboration with the Executive Board has been responsible for global strategies, business development, and partnerships.

Matias de Place
Matias offers strategic advice and solutions within People & Organisation based on more than 20 years of experience in global companies. He helps organisations achieve their goals by strengthening leadership, talent development, and organisational efficiency.
Matias works closely with businesses to develop HR strategies that support their business objectives. He advises leadership teams in complex decision-making processes and contributes to creating long-term solutions that ensure organisational success. Peder Brandhof
Peder is motivated by finding sustainable solutions for organisational and personal development.
After holding leadership positions in the Danish Army, Salling Group, and Magasin, Peder worked as a consultant specialising in search, recruitment, and team development. He then served as HR Director at Takeda Pharma for 20 years, overseeing numerous international and national projects. Most recently, he held the position of VP People & Culture at a scale-up company in the renewable energy sector.
Peder has been involved in over 250 executive and specialist recruitments, as well as over 700 employee terminations and company transfers. He has experience in all aspects of an employee's and an organisation's lifecycle and can provide nuanced and tailored guidance.
He has solid experience in Leadership, Assessments, and Search, and is dedicated to understanding the importance of company culture in talent development and retention.
Peder holds an MBA from Henley, UK, a B.Sc. (Econ) from Aarhus, is a Captain of the Reserve, and has educated for board work. He is certified in several tools for individual and team assessment, as well as coaching.

Tue Krabbe-Juelsbo
Tue works in a data-informed manner with individual leaders, leadership teams, and the context of the organisation simultaneously. Tue has been a business leader at Alm. Brand, Novo Nordisk Engineering, and LEO Pharma for several years, and he is an expert in translating strategy into concrete anchoring in leadership and employee behaviour.
Tue works with assessments and development of individuals and teams, executive coaching, development of HR strategies and operational models, and he has extensive experience in conceptualising business-driven talent programmes.
With his background as a researcher in learning and creativity at Aalborg University, along with his roles as chief consultant and leader in various Nordic consulting firms, Tue has a unique background and approach to the task. With a deep understanding and flair for data, technology, and business, Tue works pragmatically with solutions – always with a solid theoretical foundation.

Ulrik S. Tinggaard
Ulrik is a visionary and business oriented Executive Leader with an emphasis on initiatives that work. He has led International and Danish organisations through large transformations. His experience comes from the Pharma and Finance industry at Lundbeck and Nykredit respectively. Most recently, Ulrik was Chief HR Officer at Lundbeck.
He has experience with large organisational transformations, strategic competence assessment and development, management development of both individuals and teams, as well as potential assessment. Ulrik has coached and advised management on all levels for almost 20 years and has recruitment experience from more than 1000 interviews.

Susanne Hendriksen
Susanne’s expertise is leadership- and talent development, organisational development, business coaching, and HR management. She focuses on helping clients translating business strategy into hands-on tasks and projects.
She has a +20 years business background as strategic HR Business Partner in various positions within R&D at Novo Nordisk and formerly external consultant at the leadership development company Kjaer & Kjerulf.
